Yes, I have opened the link given and read it. >From my perspective, the writer is pondering the possibilities with too many 'if' and too many 'regardless'. And that is why I said it's too hard to believe because it would be very unlikely to happen as is in his scenario at all. His scenario is flawed and thus makes it unbelievable. His scenario only works IF there's no survivor at all and that is a big 'if' that I cannot agree. I believe that after an apocalypse, there are still enough number of humans to rebuild the civilization. Remember, today's european people originated from 6 female DNA only. It might take 2 to 3 thousand years, but it will re-emerge.
The writer is not wrong though, he said it was just a thought. There's freedom for thinking, but there's also freedom for disagreeing... right?
