LIEUTENANTS PERSONAL LOG, STARDATE 2008.0429:

After recuperating from the fatigueness of the events
of WorldBookDay (mainly becoz gw jarang makan saat
jaga stand sehingga dapet Migrane hahaha ;p ), i would
like to express my deepest Gratitude towards the Crew
of Indo-StarTrek for allowing me to be involved in
such an event.

During my time there, i have learned new things
regarding organizational involvement in an event,
making new acquaintances with other organizations and
having a great time along the process.

The night before the actual World Book Day was most
interesting, where all members involved that day were
brainstorming ways on how to make our display more eye
catching and preparing anything else that could be
missing. I felt that our preparations was the result
of maximum and 110% dedication and im proud to say
what a heck of a way to display man :D

Our display made a few eye catching moments, on the
first day I think it was the Menteri of Pendidikan who
made some time to ask questions regarding our group
with Captain Akhmad of MACO and me, Lieutenant AZ
Siregar as her host. Our display inspired many people
to remember their past regarding the Star-Trek
universe and we were happy to share moments of their
memory with them and involving them through our
STAR-TREK Quizzes. Our display relived their memories
through our miniature ship displays, borg cube,
Star-Trek movies, Star-Trek magazines and books,
posters, projector displays, musical soundtracks and
our stunning uniforms.

Throughout the days of hard work and dedication, our
climax moment came on the last day, being the
talk-show, taken place on the 27th April Sunday, where
not only did we open the eyes of viewers regarding the
Star-Trek universe, but also indulged a high level
expectations and hopes towards our very own "Orbiter
Pertiwi" in the coming year of 2018. With all hopes
and prayers, this will be an amazing event in our
country's history and as a member of Indo-StarTrek,
something I'll definetly look forward too. Members of
the panitia were impressed with our performance, which
in addition, captured the eye of the President of
Museum Bank Mandiri (more acquainted with MACO dude)
who i heard out of all the talk-shows, was able to
take time and sit throughout the whole program.

Additionaly, during the closing ceremony, members of
IndoStar-Trek (Akhmad and I) were able to take time to
participate with other participants to take a last
Photo Shoot of WBD with the panitia, that consisted of
about 30 people or more, including the man who painted
with his mouth. Then onwards, we were given memoriable
gifts by the Panitia of WBD for our participation,
then given a warm farewell in hopes to see us again
the next time.

Many significant memories comes to mind during these
events, from hanging out in our so called
"Ten-Forward", developing an interest in the art of
YOYO, our own photo session with other participants
such as Indo-Harry Potter, Indo-Hogwarts,
Indo-Eorlingas and Yo-IN, where we all made
preparations to dress up in our uniforms and costumes
on Sunday, and presenting ourselves in our state of
the art StarFleet uniform, which i have to say, not
only did it look very good on us, but the feeling of
strolling around through WBD felt like walking around
in a Starship Deck, especially with our designated
ranks shown from our Combadges and Pips.

A memoriable experiece, and a satisfactory one. I hope
we can get together soon for another memoriable event
like this, be it a small event or big event, so that
can enjoy ourselves in each others company, I know i
did :D Again I wish to express my sincerest gratitude
to all members involved, members that visited and
especially all members of IndoStarTrek that have
supported us through our milis and around the country.
