Kalau memang ada kondisi yang seperti itu (Always guilty until proven innocent), maka seorang tersebut berhak mengajukan banding ke pengadilan International. Pengadilan International memang khusus menangani pelanggaran HAM.
Bila hak-nya untuk naik banding ke pengadilan international masih juga dihalang-halangi, Ia pun berhak meminta Asylum (Human Right #14). Pindah ke negara lain dan meminta asylum. Caranya mungkin dengan menghubungi kantor PBB terdekat dan menyatakan kondisinya, bahwa ia diperlakukan tidak adil yang melanggar hak-hak nya sebagai manusia.
