Konsep PC memang dipopulerkan oleh M$ dengan arsitektur IBM. Itulah sebabnya sampai kini, komputer desktop dikenal dengan IBM compatible PC. Sampai kini pun E-Mac, I-Mac, iBook masih lebih mahal daripada komputer sejenis yang berbasis arsitektur IBM-PC Karena M$ begitu populer sehingga Enterprise-E pun dijejali oleh sistem operasi tersebut sehingga sering mudah dibobol oleh alien termasuk Borg ... hehehe bahkan Lt Data sempat kesal karena konsolnya alami Blue Screen of Death.
