- fasilitas sgt standar : kamar mandi, tv, teko, air minum,
- bonus : - minta disapu dulu sebelum masuk, bak mandi bukan shower, sarang
laba2
- bujet bisa dialihkan u/ hal2 lain, ie. SHOPPING
- deket dg jalan gede
- kalo pengen surabi tinggal jalan ke depan komplek NHI
