Hi Himanshu, 1. Batam Ferry Terminal is not very far away from the airport, probably will take about 15 - 20 minutes with taxi fare of 70,000 (last time I went there was end of 2006, perhaps the rate changes a bit). 2. The most convenient route is to take the airport taxi, just ask a taxi from the taxi booth and ask the driver to drive you to the Batam Centre. 3. The travelling time from Batam to Harbour front, Singapore is approximately 1 hour. 4. The ferries usually leave every 1 hour, but there are several ferry providers there, they have their own schedules, just look for the schedules from the ferry counter. I cannot say for sure on the punctuality, but I'd say most probably they will not be very on time. Nevertheless, you should be there on time, just in case the ferry decides to show up on time.. 5. Changi is on the western side of Singapore island, whereas the Harbourfront (Singapore Ferry Terminal) is on the southern part. It's quite far away, but the travelling is quite convenient due to the availability of MRT. From Harbourfront, follow the signage to MRT station and look for an interchange with the MRT to Changi. If I am not mistaken, Harbourfront MRT is Purple Line & Changi MRT is Green Line. Look for an interchange between purple & green line & you should be ok.The travelling time can take more than 30 minutes, you can check at the MRT route map. The map is quite descriptive, but if you need more info, you can ask the information centre. I think there is an information centre in almost every MRT station.
