Mas Benny kebetulan baru baru bulan lalu dari Aussie, bisa cek di www.hostelworld.com untuk info tempat backpacker murah. saya sih kemaren nggak book dari hostelworld, cuma liat2 alamatnya aja. saya inap di Exford Hotel di Russel St. Melbourne AUD23/bed/day lokasinya pas di Chinatown. cuma agak jauh dari Southern Cross Station (jalan kali 15-20 min) kalo yg agak deket King Street Backpacker. Kalo sempet ikutan Great Ocean Road Tour & ke Balarat-Sovereign Hill, bagus banget. kalo ada waktu lagi bisa nyebrang ke Tazmania, bagus banget juga Kalo u Sydney, coba cari yg daerah Circular Quay or Darling Harbour.. yg di daerah (nama jalannya) George St, Liverpool, Elisabeth St. Sydney kalo daerah Circular Quar, Darling Harbour udah deket mau liat Opera House, Cathedral, TOwn House dll. kecuali mau daerah pantai, di Bondi Beach or Manly Beach cuma agak jauh dari Sydney City-nya. keren sih ke Blue Mountain. Canberra kayanya sepi ya, tahun lalu saya ke Canberra pas ada festival bunga, Floriade, liat tulip warna warni... mau ke Snowy Mountain ya, liat salju? Met jalan2. Waktu kunjungan tahun 2006 kemaren, kalau nginep di hotel backpacker, kita bisa dapat diskon dari beberapa local tour operator, kalau kita daftar local tour. Transportasi ke Hotel ini dari airport bisa pakai skybus super shuttle ( http://www.skybus. com.au/ <http://www.skybus.com.au/>), lalu ganti ke minibus (biaya sudah termasuk skybus super shuttle) yang menuju hotel ini di Southern Cross Station.
