Hi Daniel.... Have you had flight departure times inbound Indonesia? Because going to airport in some places in Indonesia sometimes needs considerable time. And as I see your itinerary, it seems quite tight. I suggest that you somehow get thorough information on how to get to airport in those all places and time needed for it.
And for the traveling around, to shorten traveling time, I suggest that you consider renting a car.
