Klo saya beli tiket garuda gak pernah lewat travel agent tuh, biasanya beli online atau booking lewat call centre nya dan ambil di kantor2 penjualannya. Mereka juga sering ada promo2 (kerjasama dgn bank2 penerbit kartu kredit / debit) yang tentunya gak berlaku klo lewat travel agent. Seperti Mandiri pernah kasih disc 10%, Citibank, dll..
