Provider company, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen its
growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:
SYARIAH BANKING MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate development team (programmers) to
develop, enhance and maintain Core Banking Application.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the development team in order to
provide good services to customers.
- Identify and develop new products for core banking based on
customers needs, market needs and proposal from marketing.
- Coordinate and plan team member assignment and team business
plan.
- Monitor and manage project problems, help and resolve the
problem occurred in customers, including analyzing problems, proposing
solution, conducting a testing and changing implementation.
- Coordinate projects from development through implementation,
working with external clients, consultants and computer specialists.
- Analyze and present the specific technical diagnostic and
review business requirements and translate into appropriate computer solutions.
- Analyze bug problems and fix the program as necessary.
- Participate in the pre-sales activities, including
following-up opportunities, proposal development, presentation and demo.
- Manage the personnel within his/her unit, including
personnel planning, hiring, people development, performance management, reward
management and employee morale.
Main Requirements: · Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable
university majoring in computer science, Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
· 4 years experience in related position and 10 years in IT
· Experience in IT Company
· Strong Knowledge in Syariah Banking System (Analytical & Conceptual)
· Familiar with Banking Regulations.
· Knowledgeable in RPG Programming / IBM AS 400
· Leadership skills supervise 2 3 persons)
· Good command of spoken and written English.
Salary range: Rp. 9,000,000, - Rp. 15,000,000,- gross /month
