LAWYER
AREA: LEGAL
WORK LOCATION : JAKARTA
Requirements:
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written
· Legal Degree from a reputable university in Indonesia
· 3 to 5 years legal experience in a law firm or multinational company
· General corporate/transactional law experience. Preferable to have
particular experience in drafting, negotiating and administering
lease
agreements, primarily for land leases and tenant leases.
· Proficient in computers (Microsoft Office package) and legal research
· Industry back ground: telecommunications, infrastructure, government
