- Able to develop a team, and give motivation
- Experience in Managerial level
2. Marketing Executive
- S1 or D3 Degree
- Experience in property market.
- prefer male
- active person and persuasive
- able to work independent and in team.
3. Secretary of director
- D3 or S1 from related field
- Good personality and good looking,
- Attach photograph
- Experience Secretary
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and able to speak mandarin is advantage
4. Site Manager
- S1 Degree From Related Field ( Civil Engineering or Architect
its Preferable ).
- experience in developing property project ( House )
- Field oriented
- Willing to travel ( office and site )
- experience min 3 years.
5. Branch Manager
- S1 Degree
- Willing to be place Outside Jakarta ( outside java island )
- Good personality, able to work under minim supervision
- experience in property ( housing ) is much preferable
- Able to make a good relationship with neighborhood and legal
- experience in building a team
- Experience min 3 years
- Good English in writing
6. Operation Manager
- S1 From A Reputable University and Related field
- Use to handle Operation in real estate.
- experience in managerial level.
- Knowledge about land legal
7. Architect / design interior
- S1 Background from related field
- good sense of art
- Knowledge in design show room interior
- Experience min 2 years.
