Qualifications:
Female/Male of max. 37 years of age
Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management
Able to lead a team of more than 400 staff.
Minimum 2 years experience as HRD Assistant Manager / HRD manager.
Full understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and Recruitment.
Understand of Pay Roll System and good orientation in developing people
Sound proficiency in English and computer skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
