Our client is an international marketer, processor and distributor of
agricultural, food, financial and industrial products and services with in 65
countries. The company provides distinctive customer solutions in supply chain
management, food applications, and health and nutrition. In line with companys
continued growth and expansion, is currently looking for a highly qualified
candidate to fill following position
INHOUSE LAWYER
The incumbent will report directly to the Regional Senior Legal Counsel in
Singapore and be responsible for Carrying out day-to-day legal services to all
divisions and business units of the Company in Indonesia which include:
Ø Constructing and preparing legal opinion
Ø Providing advises for investment and commercial projects
Ø Arranging business plan, particularly from legal point of
view
Ø Contract drafter and validation of all companys legal
documentation.
Ø Responsible in handling Corporate Litigation Cases.
Ø Project manager for various corporate projects, among
others: mergers & acquisitions, liquidations, investments, joint ventures or
cooperation, restructuring and infrastructures
The Requirements;
To qualify for the position, the ideal candidate would ideally be:
A graduate of Law from a reputable university with a certified license of
Advocate or practice Lawyer in Jakarta.
Having at least 10 years of extensive and consecutive experience in which 5
years is practicing corporate law from a reputable law firm or from multi
industries preferably from agro, food or other FMCG company .
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with appropriate verbal and writing
skills.
Having strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
convince people
An attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the
qualification and experience of the selected candidate including a company car
and annual bonus depending upon companys performance.
