substantially and has been working to modernize its store layout and focused on
offering more products as well as remodeling new store concept.
As part of company’s growth and development, is seeking potential candidates
for the position of:
SITE ACQUISITION MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the surveying and sourcing of retail locations to
support the company growth strategy.
• To prepare information requirements on prospective locations to support
store feasibility studies
• To negotiate and resolve problems through establishing win win
situation for company’s prospective landlords / investors / authorities
• Establishing and maintain good working relationships with prospective
and existing landlords, government authorities, property agents and internal
customers in daily job routine
• To follow up on work projects in the mentioned cities by following up
on remodeling and new store projects, to ensure close co-ordination and close
communication with project vendors and head office on work progress, accuracy
and timeliness
• To take on additional real estate duties and roles in the future
Job requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in real estate or other related fields, preferably
with working experience in the real estate sectors
• Prior experience in project management and technical matters
• Team player with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good written and oral skill
• Able to communicate confidently with landlords, investors, vendors etc…
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Honest and high integrity
