SENIOR BRAND MANAGER
This position’s objective is to drive a progressive and sustainable increase in
consumption frequency of their brand(s) through an integrated range of
innovative and effective consumer strategies which engage and excite the
consumer and are based on relevant consumer insights and market intelligence.
The incumbent will have direct reporting line to Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
Leads the development of the business plan for their assigned brand(s),
negotiating approval with the Marketing Manager
Assists in the development of brand communication strategy and leads
the delivery of winning connecting creative against this strategy.
Evaluating communication results and refining the direction future
development.
Build and leverage a network amongst brand managers in key countries
and apply best practice through superior system knowledge.
The Requirements of this position are shown below:
• Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2
• Proficiency good track records minimum 5 years experience in a similar
capacity and preferably in a multinational company of a related industry
• Preferably from multinational company and familiar in handling
reputable international brand
• Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, presentation
skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
• Strong leadership, negotiations and interpersonal skills
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong team player / self-motivated, able to work and deliver in high
pressure environment
