Requirements:
· Minimum S-1 Degree, possession of an MBA Degree will be an
advantage
· Experiences as General Manager or Managing Director of FMCG /
Manufacturing organization.
· Minimum 10 years experience of Sales & Marketing, Production
and Manufacturing experience within the FMCG arena and ideally within 3 or 4
organizations.
· Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and P&L management
· Overall knowledge of the operations associated with a FMCG /
Manufacturing / Distribution Company
· Effective leadership, communication and conflict management
skills.
· Ability to motivate people to exceed in their overall
performance.
1. Plant Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum S-1, Master degree is preferable
· Minimum 8 years experience in similar position Consumer Good
company
· Skilled and knowledgeable about Plant Processing, Production
Planning & Inventory Control, Quality Control, Packaging Process, Total
Preventive Maintenance, Cost Reduction Program.
· Skilled and knowledgeable about HACCP, ISO 9001:2000, TQM, GMP,
QC / QA System
· Team player and work smart
· Ability to lead and motivate others
· Good interpersonal skill
1. Engineering Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum S-1 Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum 8 years experience in similar position Consumer Good
company
· Skilled and knowledgeable about Total Preventive Maintenance,
Cost Reduction Program, HACCP, ISO 9001:2000, TQM, GMP.
· Team player and work smart
· Good interpersonal skill
1. R&D Sr. Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum S-1 Degree in Pharmacy, Master degree is preferable
· Minimum 8 years experience in R&D in Consumer Good company
· Skilled and knowledgeable about Drugs / FMCG Sensory &
Regulation, Drugs / FMCG Research and Drugs / FMCG Safety
· Experience in all aspect of Laboratory Analytical Planning &
Calibration (Microbiology, Chemistry and Physics) in a drugs and FMCG
· Skilled and knowledgeable about HACCP, GMP, QC / QA System
