experiences and skills :
Corporate Secretary (CorpSec - MI)
· Bachelor Degree in Law, Master Degree is preferred
· 5 years experience as Corporate Secretary in public listed
company
· Familiar with Bapepam , BEI, AEI, PRPM, BKPM regulation
· Familiar with Japanese and Indonesian Law
· Familiar with Industrial Relation and Public Relation
· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Japanese
· Japanese citizens are encourage to apply
