To fulfill our growth ambition we are currently looking for qualified
young talented candidates for the following positions:
1. Sales Executive
Doing market analysis and setting business goals, provide and
achieve sales budget, develop and retain market share. Should be able
to manage assigned geography independently.
2. QA Field Executive
Implementing field quality standards thru regular inspection
and monitoring. Will be based in Central Java/East Java.
3. Plant Technician
His responsibilities include manufacturing operations and
conduct improvement in managing the driers, seed conditioning and
plant maintenance. Will be based in Central and/or East Java.
4. Production Engineering
To responsible in leading the Production and Maintenance / Engineering
teams to achieve the output of product required to service our
customers' needs and to do so in a safe and efficient manner whilst
meeting required quality standards.
5. Corn Research Executive
Responsible for identifying corn hybrids suitable for different
growing conditions as defined by the markets at stage 3 level and
collection of agronomic data to support registration of those suitable
hybrids with the government for both Monsanto and CP channels.
6. Finance Accountant
Oversees all costs, accounting and finance operations for the Plant
and interacts with external/internal auditors, bankers, and tax
officers. Provide cost management support and ensure internal control
procedures in-place according to corporate guidelines. Provide
Internal Control on Corporate compliance.
7. IT Supervisor
to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure
the stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This
includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key
functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server
infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems.
The IT Supervisor will also schedule and direct activities to resolve
hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
8. Seed Production Research
Identifying right land and growers to conduct SPR trials, raise grower
contracts, planting trials as per the plan and time lines given by SPR
Lead, closely work with the growers to help them follow correct
agronomic & plant protection schedules, ensures all action plans
implemented in trial sites towards germplasm security, collects all
information, needs to be collected in each trial as per the
guidelines. Organizing the required seed production area, producing
high quality seed volumes, and building relationship and networking
with seed farmers, farmer groups and coordinators other related
personnel. Will be based in Central and/or East Java.
General Eligibility:
· Both Male/Female
· Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill,
team work, good networking, initiative, and foresight skill.
· Good proficiency in spoken and written English
· Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Points
for all positions
· Experience : 5 years of related working experience ( No. 7 )
· Experience : 3 5 years of related working experience (
No. 4, 5, )
· Experience : 2 3 years of related working experience (No.
3, 6 )
· Experience : 1 2 years of related working experience (No.
1, 2, 4 )
· Having 2 years managerial experience (No. 7)
· Possesses technical capabilities on experimental / research
design and strong analytical skill
· Statistics knowledge.
· Willing to be based anywhere in Indonesia, Willing to
travel around (No. 2)
· Having driver license of SIM A ( No. 1, 2, 5 )
Educational Background:
· Graduate from respected/ reputable university with min S1/S2
· Seed Production Executive and Corn Research Executive:
Graduate/post graduate in Agriculture from reputable university
· Sales Executive: Graduate from any subject, however added
degree in Management will be preferable.
· QA Field Executive: Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or
related education. Seed Technology and Agronomic background are most
preferred.
· Plant Technician and Production Engineering : Graduate/post
graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
· Finance Accountant : Graduate/post graduate in
Accounting/Economics
· IT Supervisor : Graduate/post graduate in Information
Technology or Electrical Engineering, knowledge in Cisco, Microsoft
Windows Server 2000/2003/Vista, having international certifications
(MCSE, CCNA and etc)
