Remuneration Manager           (RM - OTO)

 

Education        :           S1 all major, S2 will be advantaged

 

Age                  :            Around 39 y-o

 

Exposure         :           8 years in the similar area, preferred from
multinational company (consumer good / automotive industry)

 

Expertise         :           - Perform an outcome to developing and
implementing  organization's  remuneration  policy

                                    - Focus on up-to-date design  and  rolls
competitive  C & B Programs

                                    - Establish reliable organization's
salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control
of costs and attracting and retaining staff

 

Personality      :           - Strong character with integrity & self driven

                                    - Excellent interpersonal skill &
communication

                                    - Mature in leadership, passion & result
orientation

 

Job Description :

.         Provide  &  responsible for implementing  compensation  policy

.         Proposes  the need to participate and/or conduct compensation
surveys to determine market competitiveness level 

.         Analysis of market and organization compensation and benefit data

.         Initiates all corporate C&B programs   And  able to provide advice
to Top Management 

.         Designs and rolls competitive C&B programs 

.         Monitoring the organization's salary structure and benefits
provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and
retaining staff 

.         Perform job analysis and evaluation exercise, the merit increase
program, administration of benefits and perquisites

.         Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by
other employers in the same sector

.         Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and
developing recommendations for improvement

.         Managing the payroll system; developing and maintaining personnel
record systems in accordance with current legislation
