Our Client is one of the world's leading pulp and paper companies. With current 
combined pulp, paper and packaging grades capacity of over 7 million tones in 
Indonesia , it ranks number one in Asia, excluding Japan . Currently has 
multi-location manufacturing facilities in Indonesia and markets its products 
in more than 65 countries on six continents. The company produces bleached 
hardwood pulp and a wide range of paper and packaging products. The range 
extends from commodity-grade base paper to value added art paper, that includes 
cast coat paper, tissue, specialty papers, carbonless paper, and stationery and 
office products. 
  
As part of ongoing Business Development Program, the Company is seeking 
candidates for the position of: 
  
NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER 
  
THE RESPONSIBILITY 
  
The incumbent of the position will report to The Sales & Marketing Head and be 
responsible mainly to: 
  

Develop yearly Account Planning, Game Plan, Account Fact File and measurements 
(sales volume, budgeting, shared growth, space management, promotion activity, 
strategy execution, and time line). 
Develop yearly National Modern Trade Budget Spending (Consumer Promo, Trade 
Promo, Account Specific Program, Fix Rebate, Conditional Rebate, Common 
Assortment Fee, and Others program). 
Planning, conducting, and organizing the execution of consumer promotion at 
Accounts. 
Manage New Product Development (NPD) Report and analysis in line with Budgeting 
(Listing Fee & Promo Support Budget), promotion activity, and product 
allocation by Operation. 
To maintain a good relationship with major key accounts. 
Monitoring and analysis the market situation, in the short term, medium, and 
long term including market share growth, competitor activity and consumer 
update.
  
THE REQUIREMENT 
  
To be successful on the job, the incumbent would ideally be possessing of the 
following qualification and experience: 
  

Bachelor Degree from any discipline, preferable from Management, Accounting or 
Marketing. 
An experienced FMCG Key Account Manager with at least 5 years sales management 
experience with major FMCGs. 
Have high level of enthusiasm and drive. 
Possess good interpersonal skill, communication skills, and negotiation skills. 
Strong interpersonal relationships and an effective negotiator 
Able to manage complexity and uncertainty 
Comfortable with high level of change 
Experienced at developing sales programs to drive growth 
Good levels of commercials skills 
Must have a proactive attitude to work 
Can manage implementation through other people
