INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER Responsibilities:1. Responsible in planning, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive audit program 2. Planning and executing internal audit fieldwork and internal controls work3. Ensure that all business process are conducted according to group Requirements:a. Bachelor degree in Accounting, max. 40 years oldb. Min. 5 years experience in auditing, preferably in Internal Auditor, preferably experience in KAP will be advantagec. In-depth understanding and application of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing standards, internal control models.d. Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiation skills.e. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals.f. Strong leadership, self-motivated, temawork, good analytical and communication skill.g. Have conceptual and systematic thinking and fast learnerh.
