looking for a dynamic candidate to occupy the position of F & B DIRECTOR:
Requirements:
- Good health & highly professional in attitude
- Good command of English
- Posses excellent knowledge of F&B concepts and trends.
- Well-aqcuainted with all aspects of kitchen operation (a
former or present Executive Chef would be ideal)
- Minimum of 5 years in a Management role, preferably in a
reputed 5-star property with exposure to high volume covers
- Posses excellent communications skills, professional
demeanor and a history of progressive development in the hospitality industry.
