FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION STAFF (FAS) 

   

   

Responsibilities: 

   

·        
To assist in
documentation filing and create reports 

·        
Implement
financial policies and procedures  

·        
Prepare quarterly
reports and report on variances 

·        
Ensure
transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting
system  

·        
Maintain
financial files and records 

·        
Manage the
filing, storage and security of documents 

·        
Verify and
prepare recapitulation of tax slip 

·        
Respond to
inquiries 

   

   

Requirements: 

   

·        
S1/D3 degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
Administration from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00 

·        
At least 1 year
experience in Finance & Administration field, preferable in healthcare industry 

·        
Having knowledge
and familiar with ERP system. (SAP & oracle would be added advantage) 

·        
Familiar with
Indonesia Taxation Law would be an advantage 

·        
Good
interpersonal and communication skill with Bahasa and English both spoken and
written. 

·        
Able to work with high speed and high accuracy level 

·        
Must be
proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) 

·        
Self motivated and well-organized 

·        
Initiative, Fast
Learning, detail in focus and able to work under pressure with minimum
supervision
