Client, a Five Star Hotel, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to
strengthen their growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the
following position:

DIRECTOR -

 

Requirements:

·        
Minimum
10 years F&B Management experience with combined restaurant, banqueting,
beverage, kitchen exposure in a four or five star hotel

·        
Fluent
written & spoken English

·        
Degree
in Hospitality / Culinary Management preferred

·        
Proven
record in delivering operating results in high volume 4 to 5 star hotel

·        
Certified
in Food Handling and HACCAP

·        
Knowledge
of Hotel Operation System

·        
Certified
in Basic First Aid, CPR
