Management Information System (MIS) Manager 
(Jakarta Raya) 
 
Requirements:

Holds minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Management Information 
System/ or equivalent from a reputable university
Having minimal 8 years experience in related field 
Strongly understand the concept of System Development of Life Cycle
Deep hands-on functional experience in the SAP R/3 modules and business 
process, systems design, configuration and implementation of SAP system and 
cross-modules / applications integration 
Proficiency in ABAP/4 programming language. 
Good knowledge in BAPI, BADI, user exit, smartform etc. 
Strong development skills across different SAP modules FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, 
HR. 
At least 5 (five) years of experience in SAP ABAP rollout or implementation and 
system support. 
Experience in 8-10 full SAP lifecycle implementations, SAP certified is 
preferred 
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Excellent managerial skills & strong leadership qualities
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical problem solving skills
Reliable, High Integrity, Discipline in time management and prioritizing, and a 
good team player
Mandarin literate is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Management Information System (MIS) generation
To provide technology, infrastructure and project management support
To ensure that all related systems and process improvement MIS are effectively 
implemented
To ensure the accurate MIS reporting, consolidations and data analysis are in 
place and available in a timely manner to support the business directions
Work on all aspects of ABAP/4 like reports (Classical & Interactive), Layout 
sets, BDC, Transaction, Dialogue Programming, SAP scripts, Smart forms, User 
exits, RFC, IDOC, ALE, EDI, BAPI, LSMW, Workflow. 
Work on enhancements/change requests and any other related SAP Modules as 
required
Implement searching, customizing and development the application and / or 
software, as the solution for efficiency and effective
Ability to analyze ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes, complete complex 
business design for gap / interfaces and configure system to user requirements
Manage the Business System project implementation (consulting partner, key 
users, business process requirements, improvement and change management, other 
resources & working schedules, system deliverables, training, manuals, etc.)
 
SAP FI/CO
(Jakarta Raya) 
Responsibilities: 

Develop to be business processes design
Configure the application according to the user requirements
Ensure the deliverables meet with the user requirement and expectations
Perform quality checks and sign-offs to ensure consistency of design at 
roll-out sites
Ensure the SAP system is well documents according to the standard documentation
Explore new functionality to add value to the existing business processes
Analyze gaps of the new functionality
Implement the approved new functionality
Prepare Training Material & User Manual
Conduct User Training
Perform after Go-Live Production Support

Requirements:

University Degree in Computer Studies / Information System / Engineering / 
Accounting
More than 3 years working experience as Business Process Analyst of SAP ERP 
FI/CO
Hands-on configuration skill of SAP ERP FI/CO
Especially for module CO must be strong experience in the Product Costing, 
Overhead Orders (Internal Orders) and activity type
Good understanding of the integration points with the other modules
Involve in at least 3 full life-cycle implementations
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Confident communicator in English (written & spoken)
Mandarin literate is an advantage
 
ABAP Programmer
(Jakarta Raya) 
Responsibilities: 

Prepare technical specifications for ABAP programs.
Perform coding and testing of program modules in accordance with the design 
specifications.
Maintain, fine-tune and debug applications.
Work closely with project team members to validate functional design of 
customized functions and resolve issues arising from such test activities.
Support SAP user in answering to their day to day queries and providing 
technical and troubleshooting support.
Support installation of application releases into production as required.
Propose effective solution that optimizes user experience in executing 
processes in SAP.
Establish, adopt and maintain the programming guidelines, methodologies and 
naming conventions for all ABAP objects.
Work on all aspects of ABAP/4 like reports (Classical & Interactive), Layout 
sets, BDC, Transaction, Dialogue Programming, SAP scripts, Smart forms, User 
exits, RFC, IDOC, ALE, EDI, BAPI, LSMW, Workflow.
Work on enhancements/change requests and any other related SAP projects as 
required.

Requirements:
