Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following: · Minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years in property maintenance experience in international four/five stars hotels of which five (5) in a leading position. · Diploma or degree in Engineering (mechanical), Engineering (Civil) Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. · Proven track record in renovations and project management · Strong experience in property maintenance system and energy conservation. · Strong experience on adaptable education in the use of automated systems, personal and computers and software programmes is essential. · A display of intense attention to detail and superlative communication skills, both oral and written. · Strong leadership skills. · Proven records in delivering operating results and standards in international four/five star hotels.
