Urgently seeking for
Supplier Development Specialist
Responsibilities :
• Sourcing the new garment, materials and processing units in Indonesia
• Capacity & capability development of garment, material & washing
embroidery and print factory (WEP) suppliers in Indonesia
• Keep update and evaluate the suppliers’ performance
• Educate the Indonesia suppliers for H&M touch
• Facilitate, coordinate and follow up the SPE process
• Ensure effective communication with suppliers on their performance
and areas of improvement for better results
• Cooperation with other production team to ensure the best final
products
And Secure Supplier’s Competency on Product
Requirements :
· Strong business mind and communication skills
* Driven & ambitious
* Knowledge about Indonesian markets for Underwear/Swimwear +
fabric/WEP + sourcing
* High integrity
* Strong Communication Skills
* Min Diploma or Bachelor Degree
* Has experience work experience in textile Fabric
