company, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen its growing
team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following
SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Urgently
Required
Requirements :
- 3 – 5 years experience.
- English Language.
- Computer Literate.
- Background in freight forwarding company
(international or large national company).
- Experience as Customer Service or Sales.
Job Description :
- In
charge of specific accounts (Customers), for all kind of traffics (Air, Sea,
Import, Export).
- Receives
from the sales the Selling, Purchase and instructions, on traffic basis
(Traffic Information Sheets).
- Prepares,
with the sales and/ or network the Standard Operation. Procedures per Traffic.
- Receive
the pre-alerts from Network, or Shipping Instructions from the Customers for
the specific traffics.
- Receives
Green Light from Network.
- Check
that documentation is complete and correct (including invoices from Network).
- Prepare
and dispatch to Operations the Shipment Information Sheets and the
documentation, for each shipment.
- Follow-up
each shipment with Network, Local Operation and Customers.
- Prepare
requested Key Performance Indicators reports.
Line Reporting :
- Reports
to the Customer Service Manager.
Remuneration :
- Total
package 3 to 5 millions ( can be discussed according to experience & level
) + insurance coverage.
