* Female, age below 35
* Minimum educational qualification Graduation with Diploma in Tourism

* Min. 5 years experience in the same position or as Asst. Director of
Engineering in 5 star hotel
* Minimum educational qualification Graduation with Electrical or
Mechanical Engineer
* Has a good knowledge of Boiler, Chiller, Plumbing, fire alarm and
Generator systems
* Has an experience in handling renovations and project management will
be an advantage
* Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
* Creative, innovative and good interpersonal skill
· Ready to put long hours in
order to run the department
· This position will be an
Executive Committee Level
· Contract base for 1 year
* Salary range min. Ro. 10 millions – negotiable base on qualifications
and experience
