* S2/ S1 from All Major (Management preferable)

* Have capability in lead people
* Skilled and knowledgeable about project management, marketing
research,
production and financial aspect
* Expert on office application
* Fluent in both oral and writing in English an Mandarin is a MUST
* Willing to travel
* Priority Chinese
* Telco industry preferable
* Required language(s): Mandarin and English both in Reading, Writing,
and
Speaking
