PROJECT MANAGER
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
At least seven years Project Management experience managing system
development projects over the full lifecycle (feasibility, plan, build, test,
implementation, operations and maintenance).
Accreditation in a Project Management methodology (Prince 2, APM)
Solid experience managing multiple, concurrent, projects ideally within
a production environment.
Ability to develop and maintain project plans, set and maintain
baselines and track / report on project progress.
Extensive experience with MS Project
Management of BSS Change Control process, including regular feedback
communications.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to inspire confidence when
working with the project team
Detailed understanding of IT systems components (applications, data,
servers, technical infrastructure)and service areas (application support, IT
operations, helpdesk, technical support)
3rd party management experience
Self-disciplined, focussed, able to multi-task with good
time-management skills.
Experience with working to tight deadlines
Good report writing skills
Experience of working with business analysts, systems analyst, system
architects and software development teams
Experience of interpreting business requirements, functional
specifications, systems design specifications and the approach used in software
development
Familiar with ITIL standards and the Software Delivery lifecycle
Experience of new product development, feature or changes and
identifying activities, dependencies and success criteria, where appropriate,
for implementation.
Experience of IT OSS/BSS product implementation within a telecoms
company
DRIVE TEST ENGINEER
Male
Graduated from S1/D3 in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications
Engineering
Min 1-2 years experience on drive test with 2G GSM parameter on Siemens
and Nokia Networks
Good knowledge in drive test tools (TEMS) functionality
Ability to post report analysis and use of applications related to the
drive testing service
Familiar with Statistical analysis and maintain KPIs
Ability in drive test analysis & reporting, cluster acceptance testing,
network problem trouble shooting
Handling customer complaint resolutions
Planning tool maintenance and updating the same
Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing
reports
Willing to travel and located in around Indonesia

DRIVE TEST COORDINATOR
Male ONLY
Min D3/S1 in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or
having the ability & experience on drive testing.
Min 2 years experience on drive test using 3G UMTS parameter on Siemens
& Nokia Network.
Good knowledge in Drive test tools (TEMS and/or Nemo) functionally.
Competence using MS office application.
Capable in all application related to the drive testing service.
Capable in drive test analysis & report, cluster acceptance testing,
network problem trouble shooting.
Handling customer complaint resolutions (intermediate skill).
Planning tools maintenance and updating the same.
Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing
reports.
Leadership personality, ability to provide direction and motivate a
team, even through ambiguity.

RADIO NETWORK PLANNER (RNP) ENGINEER
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experiences in GSM, CDMA or 3G RNP (Radio Network
Planning) or RNO (Radio Network Optimization) within a mobile operator
environment.
Experience for network designing, network planning and network
optimization with industry standard and proprietary planning and analysis tools
and site databases.
Experience in designing, planning and antenna configuration of sites.
Experience in using the following tools :
Radio Planning Tools Netact or similar
 TEMS investigation
 Primus & other CSR realted tools
 Mapinfo/MCOM
 NeXplorer
Customer handling experience in face to face meetings (intermediate
skill).
Capable in Ms Office application.
Willingness to work under pressure.
English literacy (preferably).
Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing
reports.

RADIO NETWORK OPTIMIZATION (RNO) ENGINEER
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience in GSM, CDMA or 2G/3G RF network planning &
Optimization process (Planning/PLO/Upgrade/HiCap)
Knowledge in planning area and a good command of planning tools.
Experience in practice of drive test measurement/analysis tool (TEMS,
NEMO, Actix or equivalent).
Knowledge and practice of Siemens & Nokia RAN parameters and counters.
Expert level with network KPI performance statistics analysis and
troubleshooting.
Knowledge and Practice of OSS, RAN Tools: Configuration Management,
Performance Management, Fault Management related e.g. Plan Editor, Radio Access
Configuration tools, Optimizer, Reporter, MML commands.
Expert in handling group and engineers, subcontractor and dealing with
customer.
Ms. Office experienced/intermediate.
Team work orientation/consultative approach.
Willingness to work under pressure.
Self motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing
reports.

TRANSMISSION NETWORK PLANNER (TNP) ENGINEER
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
Minimum 1 years experience in Transmission Network Planning within a
Mobile Operator environment.
Knowledge of Data communication and Telecommunication systems.
Experience with GSM, CDMA, EV-DO and WCDMA on design, planning and
Optimization.
Knowledge of using :
Competence with MS Office.
Willingness to work under pressure.
English literacy (preferably).
Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing
reports.
