project logistics and total logistics solutions, is looking for a dynamic,
forward thinking individual for the following positions.
SALES MANAGER PROJECT LOGISTICS ( based in Jakarta)
BASIC REQUIREMENTS :
* Male or female
* Age 27-37 years old
* S1 with minimum 3 years experience or D3 minimum 5 years
experience in
leading sales projects
* Hands on experience in project logistics, warehouse & multi mode
transportation, Customs clearance process, INCOTERM, OWOS cargo movement
* Have an understanding of O&G, mining, heavy equipment and energy
related
company
* Fluent in both Indonesian and English, verbal and written.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare market analysis and competitor analysis to find market
opportunities
* Prospect potential customers and prepare sales pitch to ensure
sales
target from project logistics services are achieved.
* Lead, coordinate and respond to any project logistics inquiries
from
potential customers by providing best logistics solutions
* Ensure effective team work to cope with high speed demands of
project
solutions.
* Ensure validation process of project execution is 100% in
compliance
before invoicing process.
* Manage given budget by planning, monitoring sales activation
programs
and other expenses.
* Monitor and be accountable for revenue performance from project
logistics services.
FINANCE MANAGER ( based in Kalimantan)
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
* Male of female
* 27- 37 years old
* S1 degree in finance/accounting
* 5 years experience in finance
* Understand the logistic business
* Familiar with SAP system(FI/CO.SD.MM modul)
* Proficient in Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To plan, develop, control and monitor the implementation of the
finance
and accounting activities in the company
* To direct, lead and supervise the finance and accounting
department
staff.
* To ensures compliance to policies and procedures related to
finance,
accounting, tax, audit and treasury.
* To oversee company’s financial performance and prepare financial
reports
* Report to Senior Manager Finance and Area Manager.
