Many thanks to Elliot Stern for providing the download link. This is indeed what I was looking for. Looking at the article, the editor does claim that it is a copper plate of Iṟivabedaṅga Satyāśraya, but he seems to be mistaken. The issuer of the grant calls himself Vīra-Satyāśraya son of Vīra-Nārāyaṇa, and - as the editor himself notes - the contents are closely parallel to the other Vīra-Satyāśraya grant edited by Fleet that I mention below. Incidentally, these plates were subsequently reported in ARIE (1938-39/14), and there too they were assigned palaeographically to the 12th century. Homage to the List, Daniel
