Archiv Orientální, published since 1929 by the Oriental Institute in
Prague, is available in subscription databases (ProQuest, EBSCO), but
all back issues (1929-2010) are freely available in the digital library
of the Czech Academy of Sciences here:

Unfortunately, the interface is somewhat unfriendly. It is not possible
to download individual articles, but you need to select the range of
pages in the relevant issue and print them as a PDF. However, the limit
for selection is twenty pages, so if the article is longer, this means
generating two PDFs and then merging them. It is therefore impractical
and time-consuming, but you can get the desired article.
Please note that due to this arrangement, neither Google nor any other
search engine can find the article you are looking for here.
