Sekedar Sharing : Saya dan rekan2 baru saja membangun desalinasi utk penyediaan Potable water yang kapasitas nya cukup utk memenuhi kebutuhan normal sehari hari bagi 2,500 orang (atau kira2 setara dengan 450 KK) untuk di sebuah kompleks perumahan di Indonesia Timur Hasilnya ... ??? biaya langganan yang harus di bayar oleh tiap KK jatuh nya masih diatas 6 kali lipat biaya langganan PDAM (utk fully imported system), atau kira2 lebih dari 8 kali lipat (untuk domestic fabricated system). Padahal ROR nya sdh dihitung untuk 16 tahun. Itupun semua peralatan import nya sdh melalui tax exemption Master List.
Jadi secara teknologi ... sangat amat mungkin .. tetapi secara ekonomis .... tampaknya masih sebatas impian terutama bagi masyarakat umum di mana kesulitan ekonomi masih mendera hebat.
