President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has asked his ministers to design a
working program with high precision.

"The President has asked the ministers to design a program with a high
precision, as correctly and precisely as possible," finance minister
Sri Mulyani Indrawati said after a cabinet meeting to discuss the final
2011 government working plan (RKP) here on Tuesday.

Sri Mulyani said the President had even asked the ministers to
review the current programs.

She said the President had also asked the ministers to optimize
budget. She said the miniters were asked to seriously determine what
they would need and what was available and what they could do so that
there would be no reason for them to say that programs could not be
carried out because of a lack of budget.

Regarding the RKP for 2011, Mulyani said the global economy was
projected to be still in the recovery process in terms of growth and
trade.

She said among the factors that need to be watched with regard to
the formulation of RKP for 2011 were the crisis in Greece, withdrawal of
 global liquidity and oil price.

After being perfected and finalized the RKP 2011 will be put in
the presidential regulation on RKP for 2011 and submitted to the House
of Representatives in the second week of this month.

RKP 2011 will be used as a reference for drafting the 2011
national budget.Earlier at her office, Sri Mulyani said she planned to
evaluate government consumption which dropped in the first quarter of
2010.

According to the head of the National Bureau of Statistics, Rusman
Heriawan, the government consumption dropped minus 8.8 percent to
contribute minus 0.6 percent to the country`s economic growth in the
first quarter.

Mulyani said the drop was due to the lack of big government
spending such as in the first quarter of 2009 with regard to general
elections activities then.(*)
