Ok... terima kasih atas bantuan semuanya ya. Aku lihat kalo kita install pb11.5, didalam foldernya powerbuilder itu ada folder yang namanya C:\Program Files\Sybase\PowerBuilder 11.5\DotNET\bin .... Nah , kalo cuma pake runtime packager, dll yang ada didalam sini kagak ada. Setelah aku coba copy manual dll nya ke kompi user, ternyata bisa jalan , kagak error. :D
