tapi waktu saya panggil di form_load() muncul error "object variable or with
block variable not set"
With rsTemp ...."muncul error disini"

Coba deklarasi Dim anda rubah menjadi Public, contoh:
Public WJet As Workspace
Public dbGen As Database
Public rsPO As Recordset
Public rsTemp as Recordset
Public rsSD as Recordset
