Coba ikuti langkah2 berikut ini :
1. Login sebagai administrator
2. Jalankan command prompt
3. Masuk ke directory System32 ( biasanya C:\Windows\System32 )
4. Jalankan perintah berikut:
Cacls *.ocx /G [NamaUser]:R
Catatan : [NamaUser] ganti dengan username yang gagal tadi. Untuk lebih
jelasnya, ketik "cacls /?" pada command prompt
5. Log off
6. Login lagi sebagai user tersebut
