sepertinya kasus anda sama dengan masalah yang pernah saya temui
saya coba rubah Regional Settingnya. misal di English (US) jadi Indonesia atau
sebaliknya..
ternyata masalah itu dapat teratasi, cuman kadang memang ada yang bener2 ngak
mau di instal walaupun sudah di rubah regional settingnya.

Package and Deployment Wizard. tetapi ketika saya running file setup.exe selalu
keluar pesan sbb:

will need to restart Windows before you can run setup again. Click cancel to
exit setup without updating system files.
walaupun sudah direstart tetap muncul pesan diatas. mohon pencerahannya.
