Buka windows explorer ,,, klik kanan file excelnya terus klik open with,,,
trus pilih ms-access...

kemudian buka file Access baru trus di tampilan Tabel di Paste aja
trus langsung deh bikin tabel sendiri dan isinya sama ama yang di exel
kalo ada error (paling mentok masalah Typenya) ntar dia bikin tabel sendiri
namanya tabel paste_Error
