Selamat Pagi..
Saya ada program menggunakan ocx threed32.ocx dan di jalankan windows 98
Setelah file threed32.ocx saya copy ke direktory windows\system lalu di
register di command prompt
c:\windows\system\regsvr32 threed32.ocx maka keluar pesan :
* LoadLibrary ("threed32.ocx") failed.
GetLastError returns 0x0000001f.*

saya sudah coba install vb nya....tapi tetep tdk bisa.
Apakah ada teman2 yg pernah ngalamin nya....cara nya gimana yach ?
Oya....Kalau pakai windows xp sih tdk masalah....
