Ok, saya coba google dan ketemu (
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mysqld-safe.html) cuplikannya, "By
default, mysqld_safe before MySQL 5.0.27 tries to start an executable named
mysqld-max if it exists, and mysqld otherwise. Be aware of the implications of
this behavior" saya coba jalanin pake mysqld dan accept kagak ada error, cuma
pas saya cek di my.ini gak ketemu "max_connect_errors=10000" saya jadi bertanya
konfigurasi ini disimpan dimana yah.
Ok saya akan coba edit manual my.ini nya, thanks

o klo gtu, tambahin aja di file my.ini baris *max_connect_errors=10000* itu
di dalam segmen [mysqld] trus restart service mysql..
klo ngga ada my.ini di install dir, coba cek di windows dir. tp bisa juga
nama file configuration nya my.cnf -- tergantung settingan u.
