From recent experience trying to talk to them as I'm getting to grips with mapping on the Uttoxeter Canal, OS don't understand customer service, the concept that charities are not rich, or Plain English documentation either. Probably the least helpful or flexible organisation I've ever had to deal with :-( I'm seriously considering redrawing our maps based on old open source material because OS are so unhelpful.
