NIST Workshop on Metrics for Intelligence In August 2000, a workshop is to be conducted at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, MD, USA on the issue of finding proper metrics for measuring intelligence of systems with elements of autonomy (primarily, autonomous robots, systems of intelligent manufacturing, industrial companies, organizational units, biological entities, etc.).
