Free Software for Teaching on the Web

a new release of the AudioGraph multimedia authoring software that
has been developed at Massey University for teaching on the Web has
just been released. The AudioGraph recorder is now faster, provides
increased control over Web page layout and fixes a number of bugs.
The plug-ins for playback of the recorded material now allocate
memory dynamically and support multiple playback windows.
Warning: The recorder is a Macintosh only application, although
playback is cross-platform!
All software is self installing and will install plug-ins in all
recognised browsers on your computer (IE and Netscape for PC and IE,
Netscape and iCAB for Mac).
If you visit our new web site you can download the software and
obtain the required registration keys for free. There are also links
to examples of the use of these tools.
AudioGraph software was recently sold for $299NZ but is now being
made available free of charge. The reason for this is that NZEdSoft
has secured a research contract to further develop this software and
we no longer need to fund our development from sales.
If you are not interested in Web-based teaching or training, we ask you to
