The AoM/IAoM continues to embrace as its mission advancing theory and practice in the areas of management, education, technology and leadership across disciplines. Out theme this year is: "The Power and Effectiveness of Management, Education, Technology and Leadership (METL) across Disciplines." Structurally, divisions and tracks representing major areas of scholarship organize the AoM/IAoM.
