                     for Master and PhD Students on
             Modeling and Analysis of Novel Mechanisms in
                      Future Internet Applications

OVERVIEW
The summer school intends to deepen knowledge in modeling and analysis
of emerging web 2.0 technologies, social networks and prospective
applications. The goal is to bring together underlying network aspects
with upcoming and emerging Internet applications.

POSTER PRESENTATION

Students are encouraged to submit a one to two (max) pages
extended abstract describing their current research with respect
to the topic of the summer school. Students who have submitted
an extended abstract and present a poster during the poster session
will receive 3 ECTS points. Students who participate without
abstract and poster presentation receive 1 ECTS point. The
number of places is limited and PhD students with abstract
and present a poster will have priority over other registrations.
Submitted abstracts must be at most two pages long, including all
figures, tables, references, appendices, etc. They must be
formatted according to the standard ACM double column format.

 January 9th 2012: submission of an abstract

            title of the poster and abstract, max. two pages

 January 13th 2012: notification of acceptance

REGISTRATION
 January 27th 2012: early registration fee: 120 Euro
                    regular registration fee: 150 Euro
 March 2nd 2011: registration is closed after March 2nd 2012

Note that participation in the summer school is free of charge
for members of Euro-NF institutions. However, please register
before the early deadline as the number of places is limited.
