We are also celebrating KES International's 20th year of delivering high quality peer reviewed conferences and proceedings in a number of subject areas. The venue will be announced by the end of the month. KES-2016 will consist of keynote talks, oral and poster presentations, invited sessions and workshops on the applications and theory of intelligent systems and related areas. It will provide excellent opportunities for the presentation of interesting new research results and discussion about them, leading to knowledge transfer and the generation of new ideas. We invite senior scientists who have a special interest in a specific conference topic to take responsibility for an invited session, gathering papers from a range of research expertise around the world. York is a historic walled city in the North East of England, founded by the Romans in 71AD. It possesses a wealth of historic attractions including an impressive 13th-century Gothic cathedral, York Minster, with beautiful medieval stained-glass windows, and City Walls that form a walkway on both sides of the River Ouse.
